Reminder - July 4th NO CLASSES. Enjoy the parade!
The Women’s & Youth Self Defense Workshop on June 17th was a big hit with over 14 participants. Instructor Al Loren was both informative and engaging in this key self defense workshop. Look for more times and dates coming this Fall. Sadly, Cardio Tennis is over for the summer. This past eight week session was well attended, and we hope to fill up quickly for the Fall sessions when they become available in early September. Special thanks to those who attended. Instructor change: Monday’s Pilates Core class 5:15-6:15pm will now be taught by Talia Nero. Talia comes to Mt. Tam with many years of experience and expertise, and we are very happy to have her on our staff. Please come and try her class soon.
Thought for the month of July:
Summer is here and kids are out of school. Don’t neglect yourself and your goals. Stick with a workout regime, even if it is not what you usually do. Try to work in at least 30 minutes a day, 3 times per week of cardio & strength training for yourself. Remember, if you’re not happy, no one will be happy! .
