The Mt. Tam Sports Therapy and Massage staff provide various types of sports and massage therapy techniques.  Each practitioner is well trained and educated in helping an individual learn about the body and the purpose for massage.  All of us have a tendency to overload our muscular system and go beyond its limits.  Our Department provides Reflexology, Accupressure, Swedish, Deep Tissue and Sports Therapy Massage.  Our goal is to teach clients to understand the body.

New Addition To Massage Therapy Group

We are delighted to welcome Alisha Musicant to the Health Center at Mt. Tam Racquet Club.  She will offer massage Saturday afternoons from 2 to 6pm.  Alisha is a certified massage therapist with background in deep tissue and therapeutic massage, acupressure and craniosacral therapy.  Her bodywork style integrates mindful awareness with deep therapeutic touch to relieve muscle tension, improve flexibility and circulation, release areas of energetic constriction and allow the body to relax deeply.
