Our facilities include a Full Service Gym with Treadmills - Ellipticals - Steppers - Upright, Recumbent and Air Bikes - Rower - Seated Machines and Cable Stations - Free Weights, Two swimming pools (indoor and outdoor), Private Yoga and Private Pilates Instruction, Aqua Aerobics/Post Rehab Water Training, Private and Small Group Training , and Sport Specific Training
All Mt Tam Racquet & Athletic Club Staff Trainers are Certified Personal Trainers and/or Certified Yoga and Pilates instructors, and many maintain multiple certifications including Spin/Cycle Instruction, Bootcamp Instruction, TRX Instruction, and others.
